Wholesale Customer Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale customer orders from Mama Bear Bakery.

 

Setting up an account

  • Create an Account at https://mamabearbakerycle.com/account/register
  • Once your account is created, email Emily at hello@mamabearbakerycle.com with the name on your account so you can be granted permission to access the Wholesale site.

 

Placing an order

  • When you are ready to place your order, click on 'Order Form' in the Main Menu.
  • Complete the Wholesale Order Form and Submit your order request.
  • Order requests are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Once your order is reviewed and confirmed, you will be sent an invoice.

 

Customer Terms

  • By setting up an account and placing an order with Mama Bear Bakery you have agreed to read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions about these terms, please email us at hello@mamabearbakerycle.com.

  • A contract between the customer and Mama Bear Bakery for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been delivered.

  • Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

 

Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

  • Items available by the Dozen are packaged in a bakery box and are not individually packaged.
  • MOQ for bulk items by the dozen is 1 (aka 1 dozen), unless otherwise specified.

     

     Order Lead Time

    • Orders must be placed 3 days in advance.

     

    Payment

    • Payment must be paid in full by time of Order Delivery or Pick Up.
    • Accepted payment methods include online bank deposit (ACH payment), credit card, and physical check.

     

    Order Delivery

    • Wholesale Order Delivery days are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
    • To set a Delivery Window, contact Emily Tavag.
    • Delivery Fee will be included on your invoice.
      • $10 for locations wtihin 20 miles of Mama Bear Bakery
      • $20 for locations more than 20 miles from Mama Bear Bakery
    • Free Pick Up from Mama Bear Bakery in Ohio City is also available upon request.

     

    Cancellation

    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, Mama Bear Bakery will accept cancelled orders with a notice of cancellation submitted 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
    • If you would like to request an order cancellation please contact Emily Tavag at 216-334-7071 or email hello@mamabearbakerycle.com.
    • You will receive written confirmation of your order cancellation within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays where you will receive confirmation on the next business day.
    • For customers with standing orders, it is your responsibility to notify us if your facility will be closed 24 hours in advance of your order cut-off time. If Mama Bear Bakery is not notified of a facility closure in advance, you order will still be produced, delivered, and invoiced.

     

    Returns/Refunds

    • If for any reason you are not happy with your Mama Bear Bakery products, please contact Emily Tavag to discuss your concerns.
    • The client assumes ALL liability and responsibility for the condition of the products once they leave our possession. Deliveries are non-refundable.

     

    Additional Information

    • Our products may contain or come in contact with dairy or dairy products, wheat, nuts, soy, tree nuts, eggs, gluten / wheat flour or other allergens on shared equipment and surfaces. While we take great care cleaning, we do use shared equipment and cannot guarantee that there will not be cross-contamination of certain allergens and ingredients. You agree to notify your guests of this risk.
    • All goods will be photographed, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion, without compensation to you, to take and use our own photos of your baked goods for all marketing social media and promotional purposes.
    • This disclaimer for orders placed through email, website, or over the phone serves as acceptance of the terms and conditions in lieu of signing an agreement before placing an order. Once said order is processed, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth on this page.
    • Our responsibility and performance in completing this agreement is contingent upon causes out of our control including but not limited to: labor disputes or strikes, accidents, natural disasters, and inclement weather.
